If YOU Have A Story To Tell… Read This First!

Fifty episodes.

That still blows my mind.
When I first started The Transformation Passport, it wasn’t polished. It didn’t have a name. It wasn’t branded. If you’ve been here since the beginning, you remember—it was literally just Thee Newsletter. No fancy logo. No intro music. No pressure.

Just me.
My voice.
A mic I bought off Amazon.
And the need to process all the transformation happening in real time.

I recorded those early episodes in my car—because the acoustics were good and, honestly, it felt like the only place I could hear myself think.

I started with the bare minimum. And it was enough.

So instead of just celebrating the number, I want to share what 50 episodes has taught me:

1. Start before you’re ready.
Episode 1 didn’t sound like Episode 50. That glow-up happened because I started. Not because I had it all figured out.

2. You find your voice by using it.
My voice got stronger with every episode. Not just how I speak—but what I say. You grow by doing.

3. Your story is your superpower.
The episodes where I felt most unsure… were the ones that connected most. People don’t want perfect. They want real. They want heart.

Now I’m not putting pressure on myself, but I will say this:
There’s a course somewhere in my future.
Not a “how to go viral” kind of course, but something deeper—something to help anyone who’s ready to start sharing from where they are, using what they have.

Because this journey?
It’s been slow, sacred, and so much more than content.
It’s given me peace. It’s given me community. It’s given me clarity.

Before I close this milestone letter, here’s a practical tip:

If you’re thinking about starting a podcast, video series, or sharing your story in any form—start with what you have.

I used the TONOR Dynamic Mic (under $70), plugged it into my phone with a USB-C cord, opened the voice memos app, and that was it. That mic and my car? My first studio.

And yes—it’s going to feel awkward at first.

Pro tip: Picture someone you love.
I always imagined I was talking to my best friend. Someone who sees me fully. It helps you stop performing and start sharing from the heart. It works every time—whether it’s for podcasting, IG Stories, or even public speaking.

And as you keep recording, your voice will settle. Your rhythm will find you. You’ll hear yourself and begin to adjust. That’s how you grow.

Thank you for being here—for listening, reading, replying, and being part of something I never could’ve imagined growing into this.
Whether you’ve been with me since Thee Newsletter or you’re new to the journey… I’m so grateful.

Here’s to the next 50.

Your big (or lil) sis,
Tiff

P.S. If this podcast or this newsletter has meant something to you, reply and let me know. I’d love to hear what’s landed—and what you want more of. This space is ours.
