When I booked a solo trip to South Africa, decided to go through fertility treatments to freeze my eggs, and skydived in 2023 those were some of the boldest moves I’d ever made.
But confidence didn’t come first—it grew with every action
I took to reclaim my story and shape my future.

2. Slow Mornings & Reset Days
One of the best things I do for myself is take it slow. Sundays are my reset days. I soak up the sun (seriously, it’s like magic), have a chill morning, maybe journal a bit, and just let myself be. Give yourself one day a week or even 10 mins to breathe and recharge. You deserve it.
3. Gentle Alarms
Stop letting your alarm be the enemy. If you wake up feeling attacked by a loud alarm, it throws off your whole day. Choose something soft and gentle to
